Counsellor and therapist in Billericay

I have over 17 years' experience with clients from all walks of life as well as having worked as a counsellor for GP practises in Billericay, Wickford, Brentwood and Chelmsford for over 8 years working with just about any and every issue they could bring me.

My approach is supportive and gentle. I offer you the opportunity to take control of your future and resolve past problems by helping you to feel safe enough to be open about your thoughts, fears and feelings in a caring non-judgemental space.

I am trained in many different models of counselling. I see them as my tool box where I’ll use the ones that best suit your needs and personality. As humans we are capable of change and experience our own unique range of thoughts, feelings and behaviours. As a counsellor I can help you address anything from short term problems to deep emotional trauma.

Engaging in counselling can help you deal with changes while gaining insight, enhancing communication, improving self-esteem and meeting your goals. I will be able to support you in understanding your needs, setting goals, changing your thinking, working through your feelings and helping you to have an abundant life, one step at a time.

I can help with stress, anxiety, addiction, panic attacks, depression, bereavement, relationship issues, abuse, sexual abuse, sexual issues, personal development, self-esteem, low confidence, coming to terms with a major life change (e.g. illness or loss), caring for someone with a long-term illness and feelings of hopelessness.

My practice is within easy reach of Billericay, Wickford, Brentwood and Chelmsford.
